Shipping Information


If we have the item in stock, then it will ship on the business day that the order was placed, provided that the time of order placement was prior to 11:00 a.m. EST. If the order for the item was placed after this time, then it will ship on the following business day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipment outside of the United States. Inquire about rates for shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

We will notify customers via E-Mail at the time their item departs from the warehouse.

We normally ship with truck freight to accommodate the item’s size. In some cases, when possible, we may ship with FedEX, UPS, or DHL.

Depending on a shipment’s destination within the U.S., some shipments may last as long as one week because of Truck Freight.

Delivery Information

On orders totaling over 100 US$ within the continental United States or District of Columbia, we offer free Standard Curb Side delivery.

We will contact customers to set up an appointment for deliveries made via Truck Freight. Curb side delivery is standard delivery. Inquire about other options for delivery, such as white-glove-service.

Unfortunately, we currently can only deliver to rural PO addresses and not APO/FPO or PO boxes.

Issues with an Order

Should any shipment arrive to a customer already damaged, then the truck driver must note this and sign the shipping order. The customer should let us know of this damage within the 48 hours following attempted delivery. To learn more about this circumstance, review our return policy.

Cancellation of an Order: Every time we ship an item to a customer, we spend money on shipping and handling. If you must cancel your order, refuse an item because of damage, or if your item was undeliverable after it shipped, we charge you only the turnaround and outbound shipping charges, credit card processing and/or handling fees if/when we had already spent money on them. Also, we retain the right to waive or impose a restocking fee on the consumer if waived or imposed upon Outdoor Furniture Plus via the manufacturer.
